Q: What should I do if I run into a problem with my purchase?

Email support@metricade.com or call +92 311 4162776 . We reply during business hours, usually within a day. Including your order number and a screenshot of any error helps us sort it faster.

This page lets you permanently delete your Metricade account. Read the details below before continuing — some of the deletion is irreversible, and we keep certain transactional records by law.

What we delete

Your profile — display name, email, avatar.
Your saved sign-in link (Firebase, Apple, or Google credential).
Your push-notification tokens (we stop pushing immediately).
The WordPress user account itself.

What we keep, and for how long

We retain your past order records and the delivered-code references on those orders for up to 6 years from the financial year-end, as required by Pakistani tax and accounting law and by Google Play / Apple data-deletion policy for fraud-prevention. On deletion, your identifying details (name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses) on those orders are redacted to a sentinel; the order rows themselves stay. After the retention period these records are deleted or permanently anonymised in line with our Privacy Policy.

Can I get a refund or replacement after I receive my code?

Yes — if a code doesn’t work, was the wrong item, or shows as already used, you have 14 days from delivery to claim a refund or replacement. Are gift cards and game keys usable in any country?

Most are region-specific. Each product page shows the region — Global, Pakistan, MENA, US, UK, or similar — and the code will only redeem on an account in that same region. A US PlayStation code won’t work on a UK account.
