Valorant Points (VP) is Valorant's currency for Agents, skin bundles, gun buddies, sprays, and the seasonal Battle Pass. VP codes are region-locked to your Riot account — a USA code needs a North America cluster account, an EU code a Europe (West/Nordic/East) account. We stock both.

Your code is emailed instantly after order approval. Redeem in the Valorant client under Store → Wallet → Prepaid Cards & Codes, or at shop.riotgames.com/redeem. Works on the PC client only — a code on the wrong account region returns an “invalid code” error. Pay in Pakistani rupees via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, NayaPay, or bank transfer.

Can I get a refund or replacement after I receive my code?

Yes — if a code doesn’t work, was the wrong item, or shows as already used, you have 14 days from delivery to claim a refund or replacement. Are gift cards and game keys usable in any country?

Most are region-specific. Each product page shows the region — Global, Pakistan, MENA, US, UK, or similar — and the code will only redeem on an account in that same region. A US PlayStation code won’t work on a UK account.
