Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2 June 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of metricade.com, the Metricade mobile applications, and any products or services purchased through them (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
The Services are operated by Market Catalyst Enterprises, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan and based at E-1/2-BD2, Street #6, Mohalla Zaman Colony, Sheraz Villas Road, Lahore Cantt, 54810, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan (“Metricade”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). You can reach our customer support team by email at [email protected] or by phone / WhatsApp at +92 311 4162776.
References to “Metricade” in these Terms mean Market Catalyst Enterprises trading as Metricade.
2. Definitions
- “Buyer”, “you”, “your” — the individual accessing or purchasing through the Services.
- “Digital Product” — a one-time-use activation code, game key, gift card PIN, in-game currency voucher, or similar electronically delivered item.
- “Physical Product” — a tangible item such as a gaming console, peripheral, or accessory dispatched by courier (planned for future availability — not currently sold).
- “Order” — your request to purchase one or more products through the Services.
- “Account” — the user account you create on the Services.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are between 13 and 17 and use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an Order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
The Services are intended primarily for customers in Pakistan. We do not target customers in jurisdictions where the sale of digital gaming products is restricted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Account
You may need an Account to place an Order or use certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an Account and to keep that information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access. We will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
5. License to Use the Services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for the purpose of browsing and purchasing products. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Services or their content without our prior written permission.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an Order, you are making an offer to purchase. An Order is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel any Order at our discretion, including (without limitation) where:
- the product is out of stock or unavailable;
- there is an error in the product description, price, or available quantity;
- we suspect the Order is fraudulent or violates these Terms;
- we are unable to verify the payment details; or
- the Order cannot be fulfilled in your region.
If we cancel an Order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund through the original payment method. For buyer-initiated cancellation, see our Cancellation Policy.
7. Pricing and Currency
All prices on the Services are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any taxes we are required to collect, unless stated otherwise on the product page. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price displayed at the time we accept your Order.
If we discover a pricing error after you place an Order, we will contact you before fulfilling the Order. You may accept the corrected price or cancel the Order for a full refund.
8. Payment
Metricade has onboarded with Swich (operated by Numbers Private Limited), a Payment Service Provider licensed by the State Bank of Pakistan and operating on PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. Online payment processing through Swich is being integrated and not yet live; a go-live date has not been confirmed.
Until Swich payments are live, the online checkout uses interim arrangements (such as direct bank transfer or mobile wallet on request), which we communicate to you in writing at the time of your Order. You should not send payment to any account or wallet that we have not confirmed in writing.
Once Swich payments are live, all card and wallet payments will be processed directly by Swich. Expected payment methods at launch include:
- Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards
- UnionPay cards
- PayPak (Pakistan’s domestic card scheme)
- easypaisa
- JazzCash
- RAAST-linked bank accounts
The final list of supported methods, and any additions, will be displayed at the checkout page at the time of your purchase. Metricade does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment credentials at any time. All such payment processing is subject to Swich’s own terms of service and privacy policy, available at swichnow.io.
9. Digital Products
9.1 Nature of Digital Products
A Digital Product is a one-time-use code or key delivered electronically. Once that code is revealed or delivered to you (by email or on-screen display after Order confirmation), it is considered delivered.
9.2 Delivery
Digital Products are delivered to the email address you provide at the time of purchase. We retain a delivery log for dispute resolution. If you do not receive your Digital Product within a reasonable time after Order confirmation, contact [email protected] or call +92 311 4162776 before raising a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
9.3 Regional Compatibility
Game keys, gift cards, and similar Digital Products are region-specific. Each product page displays a region label (such as Global, Pakistan, MENA, United States, United Kingdom, or another region). It is your responsibility to verify before purchasing that the product’s region matches the region of the account, platform, or device on which you intend to redeem it.
If you attempt to redeem a region-specific code on an account from a different region, the platform may display an error such as “invalid code”, “code not recognised”, “unable to redeem in your region”, “this code is not available in your country”, or similar. Such errors are a symptom of the regional mismatch, not a defect in the code itself. The same code will activate normally on an account that matches the labelled region.
For instance, a code labelled “PlayStation Store — United States” will not redeem on a PlayStation account registered in the United Kingdom. The platform will typically display an “invalid code” error in that situation. This is not a defect — the code is functioning as intended for a US-region account. Metricade is not liable for codes that fail to redeem due to a regional mismatch where the region was clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Metricade uses IP-derived approximate location to suggest regionally compatible products at checkout. This is a guide only; the binding determination is the region label on the product page.
Summary of how refunds work for region-related issues: the test is where the redemption was attempted, not what error the platform showed. A code that fails on a region-matching account is treated as defective and is refundable under Refund Policy Section 5.2. A code that fails on a region-mismatched account is treated as a customer-side mismatch and is not refundable under Refund Policy Section 6.4 — regardless of whether the platform error message reads “invalid code” or anything similar.
9.4 Age-Restricted Content
Certain games and digital content carry age ratings. By purchasing age-restricted content, you confirm that you are of legal age, or that you are a parent or guardian purchasing it on behalf of a minor in full awareness of its content.
9.5 Supplier Sourcing
Metricade sources Digital Products from authorised distributors. However, because activation codes are one-time-use by nature, we cannot fully guarantee that a code sourced from a third-party supplier has not been used prior to delivery to us. Where a code is found to be defective or already used on first activation attempt, we will resolve the issue under our Refund Policy.
10. Physical Products (Planned)
We plan to introduce Physical Products (gaming consoles, peripherals, and accessories) in the future. When Physical Products become available, the following will apply, in addition to these Terms:
- An Order for a Physical Product is confirmed when you receive an Order confirmation by email, subject to stock availability.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch of the item to our courier partner.
- Stated delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Returns and refunds for Physical Products will be governed by a separate physical-goods returns policy, which we will publish when Physical Products go on sale.
11. Cancellation
You may cancel an Order at any time before the Digital Product has been delivered to you. The full process and the eligible / ineligible cases are set out in our Cancellation Policy. Once a code has been delivered or revealed, the Order can no longer be cancelled, and any post-delivery remedy is governed by the Refund Policy.
12. Promotions and Promotional Codes
We may from time to time offer promotional codes or discounts. Each promotion is subject to its own published terms (such as expiry date, minimum spend, or product eligibility) in addition to these Terms. Promotional codes are not transferable, may not be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion at any time before you use them.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:
- purchase Digital Products for grey-market resale or unauthorised redistribution;
- attempt to activate a code on a platform, account, or in a region for which it was not intended;
- initiate a chargeback for a Digital Product that has been delivered and whose code has been revealed to you, without first contacting us;
- place fraudulent Orders or provide false information at checkout;
- use any robot, scraper, or automated means to access the Services other than publicly available APIs we provide;
- upload or transmit malicious code, scripts, or software designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Services or to other users’ data;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or
- engage in any conduct that is unlawful under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA), or the law of any other jurisdiction that applies to you.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — including the Metricade name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to Market Catalyst Enterprises and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Game titles, publisher names, and platform branding (including but not limited to PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Google Play, Apple, Roblox, and similar) are the property of their respective owners. Metricade is an independent reseller and makes no claim to those marks or to the intellectual property of any game publisher or platform holder. References to such marks on the Services are nominative use to describe the products we sell.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Services without our prior written permission.
15. User Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review, rating, or any other content to the Services (“User Content”), you grant Metricade a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that User Content in connection with the Services. You confirm that you own or have the right to grant this license, and that the User Content does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate any law.
We may remove or edit any User Content at our discretion, including content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, off-topic, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
16. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
17. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third party. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
18. Availability of the Services
We aim to keep the Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Services for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons, with or without notice. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the Services or any product on them.
19. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Services, including (without limitation) any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Digital Products will be compatible with your specific account, platform version, or software environment beyond what is stated on the product page.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any rights you have under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005, or any other consumer protection legislation that applies to you.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Metricade in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) PKR 5,000.
In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including (without limitation) lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by Pakistani law.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Market Catalyst Enterprises and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Services, (c) your violation of any law, or (d) your infringement of any third party’s rights.
22. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Account or your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or conducted yourself in a manner harmful to the Services or to other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately. Outstanding Orders at the time of termination will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
You may close (delete) your Account at any time, self-serve, from any of three places: the mobile app (Profile → Settings → Delete account), inside My Account on the website (the Delete account menu item), or via the public /account-deletion page. If you have lost access to your Account and cannot sign in, email [email protected] (subject DELETE) or WhatsApp +92 311 4162776 and we will process the deletion within 30 days. Closing your Account does not entitle you to a refund of any non-refundable charges, and we retain certain data after closure (notably your past order records and delivered-code references, for fraud / accounting / tax compliance under Pakistani law) as set out in the Privacy Policy.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Services.
24. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, supplier failures, or labour disputes.
25. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Metricade regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements between us on the same subject.
27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
Your statutory consumer rights under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005, or any other applicable consumer protection law, are not affected by these Terms.
