1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

5. Digital Goods and Payment Terms
Metricade offers various Digital Goods, which are non-refundable and non-transferable upon purchase, except in specific circumstances where Metricade may determine a refund or exchange is warranted. We do not resell gift cards or digital products for businesses or entities explicitly restricted by law or by agreements with our suppliers. Payments can be made through Stripe and PayPal in USD and AED only. Users are encouraged to verify all purchase details to avoid issues, as Metricade is not liable for erroneous transactions due to user error.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in:
- Any unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial use of Digital Goods.
- Disruptive, offensive, or illegal activities within Metricade’s platform.
- Uploading any harmful code or materials designed to disrupt our services.
7. Availability of Services
Metricade strives to offer continuous availability of services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, network disruptions, or technical issues beyond our control. Service modifications, interruptions, or termination can occur at Metricade’s discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Metricade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or any service interruptions beyond our control. Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of services provided in the three months preceding the event causing damage.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property associated with Metricade, including trademarks, content, and software, belongs solely to Metricade or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any Metricade content or IP without explicit written permission.

11. Termination of Account

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any legal claims will be exclusively resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Mexico, United States.
