Can I get a refund or replacement after I receive my code?

Yes — if a code doesn't work, was the wrong item, or shows as already used, you have 14 days from delivery to claim a refund or replacement. Are gift cards and game keys usable in any country?

Most are region-specific. Each product page shows the region — Global, Pakistan, MENA, US, UK, or similar — and the code will only redeem on an account in that same region. A US PlayStation code won't work on a UK account.

A Valorant prepaid code adds Valorant Points (VP) to your Riot account.

In the Valorant client — Click the Valorant icon next to your VP in the top-right corner, choose Prepaid Cards & Codes, enter the code, and submit (some regions require ticking a consent box first).
On the web — Go to shop.riotgames.com/redeem, sign in, enter the PIN and select Valorant as the game to credit.

Before you redeem

The card region must match your Riot account region — a US card on a North American account, an EU card on a European one.
Type the code with no spaces, or it will be rejected as invalid.
Prepaid codes work on the PC version only, and the whole value must go to one game.
