Can I get a refund or replacement after I receive my code?

Yes — if a code doesn't work, was the wrong item, or shows as already used, you have 14 days from delivery to claim a refund or replacement. Are gift cards and game keys usable in any country?

Most are region-specific. Each product page shows the region — Global, Pakistan, MENA, US, UK, or similar — and the code will only redeem on an account in that same region. A US PlayStation code won't work on a UK account.

On the web — Go to shop.riotgames.com/redeem, sign in to your Riot account, and enter the PIN from your delivery email.
In the game client — Open the store in the League client and use the Prepaid Cards & Codes option.

Before you redeem

The card region must match your Riot account region — an EU card redeems on a European account, a LATAM card on a Latin American one. Riot only allows redemption in the region of purchase.
Type the code with no spaces, or it will be rejected as invalid.
Prepaid codes work on the PC versions of Riot games only, and the whole value goes to a single game.
