Can I get a refund or replacement after I receive my code?

Yes — if a code doesn't work, was the wrong item, or shows as already used, you have 14 days from delivery to claim a refund or replacement. Are gift cards and game keys usable in any country?

Most are region-specific. Each product page shows the region — Global, Pakistan, MENA, US, UK, or similar — and the code will only redeem on an account in that same region. A US PlayStation code won't work on a UK account.

Before you redeem

Apple Gift Cards are tied to the storefront they were sold for — a US card only redeems on a US Apple Account, a Canadian card on a Canadian one.
If the regions do not match you will see “This code can only be redeemed in the country or region in which it was issued.”
Switching your Apple Account country requires a zero balance and no active subscriptions, so match the region up front.
