Can I get a refund or replacement after I receive my code?

Yes — if a code doesn't work, was the wrong item, or shows as already used, you have 14 days from delivery to claim a refund or replacement. Are gift cards and game keys usable in any country?

Most are region-specific. Each product page shows the region — Global, Pakistan, MENA, US, UK, or similar — and the code will only redeem on an account in that same region. A US PlayStation code won't work on a UK account.

Redeem — Go to fortnite.com/vbuckscard, sign in with your Epic Games account, click Get Started, enter the code and pick the platform to credit.

Before you redeem

This is a US card — a region-locked V-Bucks card only redeems when your Epic or platform account matches that region.
Choosing Xbox generates a second 25-character code to redeem on your Microsoft account; choosing PlayStation generates a 12-digit code for the PlayStation Store.
