Can I get a refund or replacement after I receive my code?

Yes — if a code doesn't work, was the wrong item, or shows as already used, you have 14 days from delivery to claim a refund or replacement. Are gift cards and game keys usable in any country?

Most are region-specific. Each product page shows the region — Global, Pakistan, MENA, US, UK, or similar — and the code will only redeem on an account in that same region. A US PlayStation code won't work on a UK account.

What an EA gift card pays for

EA gift cards top up your EA App (formerly Origin) wallet, which covers:

EA Play subscription — the monthly/annual membership for early trials and a rotating game library.
FC Points / FIFA Points — the in-game currency for EA Sports FC and older FIFA titles, spent on Ultimate Team packs.
Full games and DLC — anything sold directly through the EA App storefront.

Region matters — and right now that means EU

An EA gift card only redeems on an EA account registered to the matching region — a USA card needs a USA-region EA account, a EU card needs a EU-region account. Check your account’s region in the EA App under account settings before you buy.

Current stock: EU only. The USA denomination is temporarily unavailable from our supplier. If your EA account is USA-region, message us on WhatsApp before ordering — buying the wrong region won’t redeem, and we’d rather tell you upfront than process a refund after. How to redeem

After your order is approved, the code is emailed to you. Sign in to the EA App (or origin.com), go to Redeem Product Code under your account, and enter it. The balance is added to your wallet immediately.

Common questions

Can I use a EU card if my EA account is USA-region?
No — the code will be rejected. Buy the region that matches your account, not the region you happen to be located in.
Does this work for FC 25 / EA Sports FC Ultimate Team packs?
Yes — FC Points are bought directly through your EA wallet balance, so a gift card funds Ultimate Team purchases the same way real-money FC Points do.
When will USA stock be back?
We don’t control upstream supply — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s likely soon or you should look at the EU option instead.
Is it safe to buy from a Pakistani reseller?
