Can I get a refund or replacement after I receive my code?

Yes — if a code doesn't work, was the wrong item, or shows as already used, you have 14 days from delivery to claim a refund or replacement. Are gift cards and game keys usable in any country?

Most are region-specific. Each product page shows the region — Global, Pakistan, MENA, US, UK, or similar — and the code will only redeem on an account in that same region. A US PlayStation code won't work on a UK account.

Before you redeem

Battle.net balance cards are region-locked — a US code needs a US account, an EU code an EU account. Blizzard does not refund region mismatches.
A code can only be redeemed once, and balance cannot be traded or gifted afterwards.
