Can I get a refund or replacement after I receive my code?

Yes — if a code doesn't work, was the wrong item, or shows as already used, you have 14 days from delivery to claim a refund or replacement. Are gift cards and game keys usable in any country?

Most are region-specific. Each product page shows the region — Global, Pakistan, MENA, US, UK, or similar — and the code will only redeem on an account in that same region. A US PlayStation code won't work on a UK account.

Before you redeem

Your Google Play account country must match the card country — a UK code needs a UK Play account. This is enforced strictly.
Balance never crosses countries. If you later change your Play country, any balance already redeemed stays locked to the old country.
Type the code with no spaces or dashes.
